James Gelfat redesigned the interior of this 5,000 square foot industrial space to reflect the style of the photographer who works here. Mixed materials, luminous color and angled construction create a forced perspective. Darkroom and private areas transition into large open working areas. Extensive use of skylights and additional windows make the space more habitable while preserving privacy.
