Equinox Architecture designed this three story condominium building with ocean front views in both units. The larger of the two units consists of 3000 square feet extending the length of the building on the upper two floors, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 dens, and 2.5 bathrooms. It features two rooftop patios and magnificant views of the ocean. The ground and basement floors house the 2000 square foot lower unit, with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with a courtyard garden patio. The exterior is wrapped with a repeat pattern designed by artists Nancy Monk and Randy West.
