This triplex, designed by Joseph Murphy, was a model applied to various locations around Venice, CA. The triplex provides comfortable living space with plenty of natural light in three separate units, maximizing livable space within a small footprint. The unit, originally built in 1987 received an exterior rejuvenation by James Gelfat and Betty Duffy in 2001. |
