43/45 Brooks is the first collaboration between Pugh + Scarpa and Frank Murpy. As Pugh + Scarpa states, “A successful project engages the user, heightens their sense of awareness, and brings a sense of vitality to their place.” This principle is widely exhibited throughout the design of this project.
